Michael and the team conducted a full rewire and installed a network to our 1894 townhouse which was in dire need of a complete revamp due to a lack of upkeep.

To say the job was challenging is an understatement, dangerous would be the description I would apply.

The guys were faultless throughout, installed and replace everything we required, adding new light fittings to the bathroom, outside lights and smoke / fire alarms in all relevant areas. Work was completed in timeous manner as stated and any snagging was resolved swiftly and with a smile.

We were more than happy with the work that Michael and the guys completed. All future electrical work will be conducted by Michael and the guys, and there are a few more jobs required to complete the renovation.

As stated we will be using ML Electrical Rewiring for all future work and we would highly recommend them.

My partner and I bought our first home together and it was a big renovation project which was daunting and we had no idea where to start!

I was recommended ML Electrical through a family member and I met with Michael and his brother Tony and both of them put us to ease immediately, they walked us through the full rewire process suggesting future proofing ideas for when or if legislation changes or if we ever decide to extend into the loft and even offered the assistance of a plasterer. ML Electrical were very competitive in price and as they were so knowledgeable and reassuring, we decided to go ahead. I was so comfortable with them that l left a key to get on with their work! Every night they left the place immaculate and always updated me on what they had done and what was next to be done. I was nervous about the thought of drilling into the brick work and ragging walls, but they were so neat and tidy and by absolute magic they some how managed to fish wires through areas without having to raggle?!

I will be using these guys again and cannot recommend them enough!! They even kept us right with what we should be advising our builders! Very talented guys, who actually take pride it their work and care about their customers!

First class work from ML Electrical who carried out a full rewire of our property.

Highly recommend Michael and his team who were brilliant throughout the job, from quotation through to completion of works. They were responsive, always on time, thorough, professional, tidy and clearly explained any questions we had. They went the extra mile to strip out old wires and systems that were redundant. They arranged to have the walls re-plastered as part of the works and having this taken care of was great.

Michael’s quote was good value. We received high quality work for a reasonable price. Michael used an online quotation service where you could amend your quote after discussion. There were several things we added following an initial quote. This was particularly useful to us as we had the work arranged with Michael before getting keys to the property. Once we got the keys, Michael did a walk around with us and marked out everything so the work went as expected.

Michael sorted outside lights, a security doorbell, outside socket, bathroom shaver socket, new sockets and switches everywhere, removed and filled in old sockets / switches, new electric cables and consumer unit, fitted new spotlights in the ceiling and under kitchen units, fitted an extractor fan… the list of work required was extensive. Certificates provided following completion of the works.

We’ve just had Michael and the team complete a full rewire on our bungalow (including cellar, basement and detached garage) and couldn’t recommend him and the team any more highly.

We probably got a bit carried away at some point with our demands but Michael was extremely flexible and accommodating throughout offering his expertise and recommendations where necessary.

For the installation we requested 3 continuous running extractor fans, security lights, outdoor sockets and CAT6 cabling patched into each room. Everything was completed to a high standard.

All holes were re-plastered by the team upon completion (even had the bathroom ceiling redone in the process), Michael and the team kept everything extremely clean and were always on hand with their vacuum and arranged/removed all the bags of debris following completion.

Michael and his team were absolutely superb. From me first getting in touch to completion of the job, Michael was a pleasure to deal with.

Very prompt with getting back to us with any queries before the job started and flexible with the start date when our circumstances changed last minute, which was really appreciated. They were extremely reliable, arrived on time and kept the place surprisingly tidy for a rewire! During the job, we also had an additional request which was no trouble at all for Michael to accommodate.

Michael, Tony and James recently completed a full rewire of our 3 bedroom house plus attic.

Due to a rewire being a big messy job, we naturally a bit apprehensive about the works needing done but l don’t think we could have had a better experience than with ML Electrical.

The quality of the work was fantastic, they accommodated each of our additional requests while making some great suggestions of their own, and worked additional hours to make sure the job was delivered on schedule.
